Welcome to our website. For many years we have applied psychotherapy and/or hypnosis to successfully treat sufferers of psychological illnesses including stress, depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, relationship problems, stage fright and addictions. We have every confidence that no matter what your particular problem may be, we will be able to help you.

Should you wish to contact us, we suggest that before doing so you take the time to look at the content of this site. This way, you will be familiar with how psychotherapy and hypnosis works and will be fully at ease and comforted in what you are about to commit to. The duration of treatment varies considerably from just a handful of sessions to a longer-term strategy and this will be discussed in more detail at the initial consultation when the therapist will suggest a treatment plan that will also take into consideration your availability and your financial resources.

We live in uncertain times. The worst economic crisis in eighty years is upon us, so it is perhaps no coincidence that our centre is being increasingly contacted by individuals who are suffering from stress and stress-related illnesses that originate in the workplace. The threat of redundancy, and the extra pressure that this entails is affecting many people, from many different backgrounds. We have considerably adapted our stress-management techniques to cope with this scenario and our years of experience in the corporate world means we understand exactly the problems and concerns that the individual is facing. Stress, if not addressed, can ruin the lives of many people no matter what industry they work in whether it be the private or local/central government sectors. For further information on stress management, we refer you to our companion site: www.londonstressmanagement.com

We hope that you find the information contained on this site interesting. Should you decide to contact us either for further details or to book an appointment to see one of our therapists, please feel free to do so. We look forward to hearing from you..
